Must-Haves With Autumn is an online creator and shopping hub offering personal content, favorite finds, handmade goods, curated products, digital products and documents, creative work, web and digital services, spiritual services, and other products or services offered through the Site.

🧙 Product Availability & Accuracy
We do our best to keep product details, prices, descriptions, images, inventory, availability, and other information accurate. However, errors or delays may occur because of supplier updates, inventory changes, human error, website delays, third-party integrations, or the occasional digital gremlin.
We may correct errors, update listings, change availability, cancel affected orders, or discontinue items when reasonably necessary.
Product colors and appearance may also vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, handmade variations, manufacturing differences, or supplier imagery.
💳 Payments & Billing
You are responsible for making sure your billing, shipping, contact, and payment information is complete and accurate when placing an order.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available through our checkout. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined, information is incomplete or inaccurate, the transaction cannot be verified, or the transaction is reasonably flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
📬 Shipping & Fulfillment
Physical products may be handmade, stocked directly by Must-Haves With Autumn, sourced from third-party suppliers, or fulfilled from different locations. As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by product availability, supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused packages, undeliverable shipments, or unauthorized returns may be the customer’s responsibility where appropriate.

📦 Returns & Refunds
Eligible physical products may qualify for return according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Return requests for eligible products should generally be made within the time period stated in that policy.
Items that may be excluded from ordinary returns or change-of-mind refunds include:
- Digital products, downloads, templates, files, and Digi-Docs once delivered or accessed.
- Custom work, personalized items, or made-to-order products where applicable.
- Completed readings, spiritual guidance, spellwork, or other delivered services.
- Consumables, bath products, body products, oils, sprays, herbs, supplements, and similar personal-use items.
- Handmade or made-to-order products that cannot reasonably be resold.
- Worn or used jewelry.
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items.
- Opened, used, worn, altered, or customer-damaged items.
- Other items identified as non-returnable in our Refund & Returns Policy.
These exclusions do not eliminate any remedy that may be required for damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise legally protected purchases.

💻 Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable files, templates, Digi-Docs, and similar electronically delivered products are generally provided for personal use unless the applicable product listing specifically grants additional rights.
Because digital products cannot ordinarily be physically returned once delivered or accessed, they are generally non-refundable as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom or service-based purchases may become non-refundable once work has begun, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy and any terms disclosed for the specific service.
