We take care in packing and shipping your orders, whether they include handmade goods, curated wholesale finds, digital items, or a mix of cozy little chaos.
🕰️ Processing & Delivery Times
- In-stock physical items typically ship within 5–21 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for payment processing.
- Handmade, custom, curated, or supplier-fulfilled items may require additional processing time.
- Once your order has been packaged, no changes can be made.
- Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you would like to cancel after shipment, you may refuse the package. Once returned and approved, we will credit you for the merchandise only. Shipping, return shipping, and applicable fees may still apply.
🚚 Shipping Information
- Orders may ship through USPS or other courier partners depending on the item ordered.
- Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if products are handmade, sourced from different suppliers, or shipped from different locations.
- Processing and transit times may vary depending on supplier location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and seasonal demand.
- Once an order has shipped, address changes may result in additional carrier fees.
📦 Multiple Shipments
Because Must-Haves With Autumn may offer handmade goods, curated wholesale products, digital items, and supplier-fulfilled finds, your order may arrive in more than one shipment.
This does not always mean something is missing. It may simply mean your items are traveling from different cozy corners of the supply universe.
💻 Digital Products
Digital products, downloads, templates, files, and digi-docs do not require shipping. Access or delivery details will be provided electronically when applicable.

💸 Sales Tax
Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to applicable North Carolina sales tax. Customers outside North Carolina are responsible for any taxes required by their own state, region, or jurisdiction.
🖊️ Typographical Errors
Sometimes the magick is flawless… the typing? Less so. If you notice an incorrect price, product detail, shipping detail, or listing issue, please contact us so we can correct it.
Errors may occur due to supplier feeds, human error, delayed updates, or plain old website goblin behavior.

Prices may change periodically. The pricing displayed on our website is always considered the most current and accurate.
